The truth is, I’ve been Making Shit Up for years.

Fresh out of college, I hit the stand-up comedy circuit (appearing on Evening at the Improv and many now-defunct cable shows) while working in a prop fabrication shop.

Then I met my first computer in 1989. Her name was Apple. I became obsessed. I taught myself how to build websites and honed my digital design skills. Eventually, I worked for companies such as Apple (designed the first-ever Apple email), Warner Brothers, Google, Waymo, Spotify (the campaign won a Clio), and Sierra Nevada Brewing Company (and I don’t even like beer. Now THAT’S commitment).

I’ve also written for ABC, NBC, and Disney, and I won a best writing EMMY award for “The Talk” on CBS.

The thing is, I have a wide range of experience in getting a message noticed: From websites to skywriting.

But enough about me. Let’s talk about me.

I have a passion for coffee, travel, and traveling to get coffee. I once trekked to Everest Base Camp while reading “Into Thin Air: Death on Everest.” (Very meta.)

I love going down crazy rabbit holes to better understand almost any topic, especially if the topic is rabbits. (Meta again.)
